Both organizations have strong roots in serving the London community for over 35 years! We are all excited to bring you a new organization with combined services, social enterprise, skills training, employment support and client advocacy.

We will continue to strive for excellence in serving our job seeker and employer clients, and those accessing the social benefits system or looking re-enter employment, education or training.

It’s been a really tough year to say the least and we are grateful to continue supporting the London community. Our new, larger, and stronger team wants to ensure that we help people see their full potential and reach their goals!

Social Media for Job Search

We live in a digital age, and as such, it is only natural that the job search transitions into the digital world as well. In our Social Media seminar, participants will learn step-by-step how to make this happen.

The course focuses on personal and professional branding and how it can enhance your job search through platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. In addition, the course guides you to develop a LinkedIn profile and opportunities to use it to search jobs, network, and connect with other professionals in a field.

Interview Techniques

This seminar is designed to assist the participant in an interview setting. By working with participants, the facilitator will present a strategy for recognizing and overcoming weaknesses in presentation, as well as capitalizing on the presentation of one’s strengths.

This seminar will include:
* Discussion of successful interviewing strategies, including proper preparation and presentation.
* How to answer behavioral interview questions.
* How to answer situational interview questions.
