Online Counselling

This module is designed to present forms to you that will help us guide you to the services we offer that best match your needs.  After completion of the first form we will select services based on your answers and show you a list of links that you may click for a popup description of each service.  A second form will be offered with these links that will refine your options and offer additional services you might need.  The last two forms are applications for LEHC services.

Please read our Security Statement (below) concerning the security alerts your browser will raise when you begin the login procedure and our Privacy Statement concerning the information you enter on these forms.

If this is your first visit, you must have a valid email address to register a new account.  If you need an email account sign up for one with Yahoo or Hotmail and then come back to register a login account with us.  If you have a valid email account you may Register a new account by selecting a username and password and then responding to the email we send to your email address.

If you have been here before and are already registered, you may use the Login link to go to the Login page.

LEHC is committed to protecting your information.  The login and forms you fill in are located in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) directory.

For added protection, we suggest you fill in your Social Insurance Number (SIN) when you visit a counsellor at our office, rather than online.
