WHAT IS JFC?
Job Finding Club is the most successful job search program ever! It is intended for job seekers who want to find work in the shortest possible time.
Each club runs for three weeks. The trained facilitators will help you to:
- Identify your skills and be able to talk about them with confidence.
- Create resumes and cover letters that will get you interviews.
- Connect directly with employers.
- Discover unadvertised jobs and tap into the hidden job market.
- Develop confident interview skills that get job offers.
AND, you don't have to pay a thing! It is funded by Employment Ontario.
If you are tired of looking for work on your own and you would like the support and motivations of others, this may be the program for you.
Facilitators will guide you through the process while a Program Assistant will process your resumes and references. All long distance telephone calls and faxes in Canada, postage, newspapers and photocopying plus refreshments are free of charge.
The best part on average 25-50% of club participants are working within 3 weeks of club end because of the work they have done! Within 3 months 70% are employed!
