Job Development Placement Services
Clients (who meet eligibility) are placed with employers who are hiring. Employers receive recruitment and placement services, as well as training subsidies for their Job Connect hires.
Our job developers will work with participants who have been referred from Employmnet Planning & Preparation services:
- To match their skills and goals with an employer who has job opportunities posted with our programs.
- Advocate on their behalf and refer them to local employment opportunities.
Assistance with finding apprenticeship positions is also provided.
