About Us
The London Employment Help Centre (LEHC) is a community-based, not-for-profit charitable organization
located in London, Ontario. We are located at 114 Dundas Street and have a second location at 1275 Highbury
Avenue. We provide career counseling, employment adjustment and placement services to displaced workers as
well as advocacy services to individuals who have lost their social benefits. Our organization has been in operation
since 1983.

Why?
Established in response to Union needs as a result of the early 1980's recession when large numbers of workers were downsized in various sectors. A gap was identified in available services for people looking for work. There were few places offering assistance that included all steps of the job search process, as well as assistance with Employment Insurance forms and appeals.
Foundations
The London Employment Help Centre (LEHC) is a community non-profit charitable organization that has been serving London and area since 1983. LEHC offers an inspiring professional environment to support employment assistance involving effective job search techniques, carreer guidance and placement opportunities.
