About

Pathways Employment Help Centre connects people to jobs and jobs to people.

We help employers develop their workforce. We assist individuals to prepare to re-enter the job market. We create employment opportunities through social enterprise. We advocate for eligible individuals to access social benefits.

Our History

London Employment Help Centre (LEHC) was founded in 1983 as the London Unemployment Help Centre. LEHC’s roots were founded in helping others through employment and advocacy services.

Pathways Skill Development was founded in 1989, and assisted individuals to overcome barriers to meaningful employment, and build new futures for themselves and their families. Our practical training prepares clients for success.

On May 15, 2021, Pathways Skill Development and Placement Centre and London Employment Help Centre unified to become Pathways Employment Help Centre. Unification combines over 65 years of history delivering high quality employment services, skills training and advocacy in London and area.
